Koolfoam has always been a leader in the production of sheet products for the EIFS market. All sheets are 1.2m wide.
Typically, we produce sheets of 40mm and 60mm thick in both standard grade and high density, with varying lengths available : 2.4m, 2.7m, 3.0m, 3.6m.
Vented Cladding EIFS
Current concerns about weather tightness have lead to the development of vented and drained EIFS cladding systems.
These typically allow air to move freely up the rear of the cladding and any moisture that may enter the exterior envelope to drain away without damaging the structure.
The benefit of EPS and Black Pearl over other plaster substrates is the ability for the foam to absorb stresses that the structure places on the finished plaster surface preventing cracking that allows ingress of moisture.
