Koolfoam provides large EPS corse for the marina industry. These massive blocks provide the necessary floatation for the marina pontoons. The blocks are typically encased in concrete.
Typically these blocks are Standard density and are profile cut by Koolfoams two dimensional cutting machines to allow the correct placement of reinforcing steel and services.
Koolfoam has supplied EPS blocks for marinas all over N.Z and overseas including Whangamata Marina which was completed in 2009.
